Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls and resolve customer inquiries within 15 minutes
- Process applications and enrollments for community assistance programs
- Maintain accurate client records in our CRM system
- Collaborate with social work teams to coordinate support services
- Participate in monthly community outreach initiatives
- Meet daily performance metrics for resolution and satisfaction
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Valid Florida driver's license (for community visits)
- Spanish language proficiency preferred
