Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints with a focus on first-call resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Update customer account information and maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Contribute to team meetings and training sessions to improve service standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
