Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior customer service experience required; we provide full training.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers and navigating web-based applications.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings as needed.
