Qualifications
- 2+ years customer service experience in high-volume environments
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
