Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels
- Resolve service issues with empathy and efficiency while maintaining SLAs
- Update and maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service processes
- Contribute to community outreach initiatives and local event support

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service experience in local business context
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)

- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends

- Valid Tennessee driver's license for occasional off-site duties
