Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common technical hardware and software issues.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the senior support team for resolution.
- Conduct product demonstrations to new clients and explain features effectively.
- Participate in daily training sessions to stay updated on industry standards.
Qualifications

- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
