Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the technical engineering team to escalate and resolve complex bugs.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while managing high-volume support tickets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and product success.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- 1+ years of experience in customer support or technical help desk roles.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and troubleshooting network connectivity.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
