Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Organize and maintain the warehouse to ensure safety and efficiency standards.
- Operate warehouse equipment (Forklift, Conveyor belts) as required by training.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Fort Worth facility.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (if outdoor work is involved).
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
