Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of merchandise to ensure timely delivery.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain high product standards.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of workstations and aisles at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation as required.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding daily targets and issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) on a consistent basis.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Experience with forklift operation is a plus but not mandatory.
