Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock counts, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks efficiently and organize storage areas.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for long periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling merchandise and data entry.
- Basic Computer Skills: Comfortable using computer systems or handheld scanning devices.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and able to work scheduled shifts consistently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not always required.
