Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks to move inventory.
- Pack and Ship Orders: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
- Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining accurate stock levels, conducting cycle counts, and updating inventory systems.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and compliant with all safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Load & Unload Trucks: Safely receive and distribute incoming freight using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Availability: Flexible availability including weekends and holidays (shifts are 8-10 hours).
- Communication: Basic English skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide paid training!
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from the Los Angeles facility.
