- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stow incoming merchandise into the inventory system.
- Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and speed to meet daily targets.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical issues.
What We Are Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
