Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage inventory to meet daily production targets.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all items meet our high-quality standards before shipping.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the work area organized, clean, and compliant with all OSHA safety regulations.
- Load/Unload Trucks: Efficiently handle the loading and unloading of freight trucks and containers.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with supervisors and team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the United States (No C2C or Visa sponsorship currently offered).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide paid training for motivated candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and committed to showing up for work every day.
- Documentation: Must possess a valid driver's license and current state ID.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
