Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage inventory using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels and update inventory records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety goals.
- Perform general warehouse duties including packing, labeling, and order picking.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) on a rotational or set schedule.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer literacy is preferred; warehouse management system experience is a plus.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for the right candidate.
