Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean, safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate scanning equipment to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
- Assist in packing and shipping orders to ensure timely delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver’s license (not always required for warehouse floor roles, but preferred).
- Basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Chicago location.
