As part of our growing team, you will play a critical role in managing inventory, overseeing staff, and maintaining our high standards of safety and efficiency during peak weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the weekend warehouse team to ensure all targets are met.
- Conduct thorough inventory counts and manage stock discrepancies accurately.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Train and mentor new staff members on operational procedures and equipment usage.
- Prepare daily shift reports and communicate key updates to the management team.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays as needed.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
