Responsibilities
- Load and Unload Freight: Safely and efficiently move shipments from trucks to the warehouse and vice versa using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Inventory Management: Verify incoming and outgoing inventory, ensuring accuracy and maintaining organized storage areas.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet company standards before being processed.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on warehouse equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other staff to meet daily productivity targets and safety goals.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide paid training.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
