Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise onto pallets or shelves using forklifts and hand trucks.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing inventory against shipping manifests.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels and locations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in packing customer orders and preparing them for shipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and quotas.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure safety compliance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not always required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software.
