Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments to ensure accuracy.
- Pack and prepare orders for shipping using appropriate packaging materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Valid forklift certification is required.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass a background check.
