Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage products for shipment using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Ensure all packages are accurately labeled and sorted according to shipping manifests.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all safety protocols.
- Perform inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies with the team lead.
- Assist in the organization of the warehouse to maximize efficiency.
- Collaborate with the shipping and receiving team to meet daily deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (we provide training).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
