Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move products.
- Pick, Pack, and Ship: Accurately fulfill customer orders, ensuring all items are packaged correctly and shipped on time.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving and stocking inventory, conducting regular cycle counts to maintain accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a secure working environment.
- Quality Control: Perform routine inspections of goods to identify any damage or discrepancies before shipping.
- Organization: Maintain a clean, organized warehouse floor to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- License: Valid driver’s license is a plus.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills in English.
