Responsibilities
- Sort, package, and label inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading
- Use RF scanners for inventory tracking and order fulfillment
- Adhere to safety protocols and PPE requirements
- Meet daily productivity quotas with quality assurance
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy (RF scanner training provided)
- Reliable transportation to Dallas Commerce Center
- Flexible schedule including weekends/peak seasons
- No criminal record (background check required)
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to stand for 8+ hours
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
