Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 person overnight team with precision scheduling and performance coaching
- Optimize inbound/outbound workflows using WMS systems for 99.8% accuracy
- Enforce OSHA compliance and safety protocols in high-volume environment
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory reconciliation with zero discrepancies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for seamless dock-to-stock processes
- Implement lean methodologies to reduce processing time by 15%
- Resolve escalated client issues with diplomatic urgency
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse management experience with night shift leadership
- OSHA 30 certification and forklift operator credentials required
- Advanced proficiency in WMS platforms (Manhattan, Blue Yonder preferred)
- Strong data analysis skills with KPI-driven decision making
- Excellent conflict resolution abilities under pressure
- Experience managing unionized teams (Teamsters Local 667 preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field
