Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible.
- Monitor system performance and health, proactively identifying and resolving bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with development teams to integrate continuous feedback loops and improve deployment frequency.
- Ensure high availability and disaster recovery planning for cloud-based applications.
- Maintain and optimize cloud costs across AWS and Azure environments.
- Conduct security audits and implement best practices for compliance and data protection.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Linux and shell scripting (Bash/Python).
- Experience with containerization technologies, specifically Docker and Kubernetes.
- Deep knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS) or Azure.
- Familiarity with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in an agile environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
