Responsibilities
- Provide technical troubleshooting and support for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and respond to incoming support tickets via Help Desk software.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripherals.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement network solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of support interactions and resolutions.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on new software updates.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in technical support or a help desk role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
