Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for 500+ users via ticketing system, phone, and chat
  • Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations using SCCM and Intune
  • Monitor and maintain Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and on-premise infrastructure
  • Document SOPs and troubleshooting guides using Confluence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system migrations

Qualifications
