Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 technical support for 500+ users via ticketing system, phone, and chat
- Deploy and configure Windows 10/11 workstations using SCCM and Intune
- Monitor and maintain Azure AD, Microsoft 365, and on-premise infrastructure
- Document SOPs and troubleshooting guides using Confluence
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during system migrations
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation (1 week/month)
- Assist with security audits and compliance documentation
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- CompTIA A+ or Network+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira) preferred
- Strong written communication skills for technical documentation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs for equipment deployment
- Valid driver's license for occasional client site visits
