Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical vision and roadmap for AI capabilities leading up to 2026.
- Lead the architecture and development of proprietary machine learning models and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and executive leadership to align AI strategies with business goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, and Edge Computing.
- Oversee the integration of AI solutions into existing and new product lines to drive efficiency and innovation.
- Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence within the engineering department.
- Manage the budget for AI research, development, and infrastructure procurement.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale AI systems in production environments.
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor and grow high-performing engineering teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences.
