Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive 5-year strategic plan for 2026, aligning business objectives with emerging technological trends such as AI, blockchain, and quantum computing.
- Trend Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research into macro-economic indicators and disruptive technologies to identify high-impact opportunities and potential threats to the organization.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with C-suite executives and department heads to translate complex data into clear, actionable strategies for cross-functional teams.
- Innovation Leadership: Spearhead internal innovation labs and hackathons to foster a culture of forward-thinking and creativity within the organization.
- Competitive Intelligence: Monitor competitor strategies and market movements to ensure Apex Horizon Group maintains a significant competitive advantage through agility and foresight.
- Prioritization & Execution: Guide resource allocation and project prioritization to ensure that high-impact initiatives for 2026 are executed with precision and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of progressive experience in strategic planning, business development, or executive consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA) preferred.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of developing successful long-term strategies and the ability to think critically about future scenarios.
- Technological Fluency: Deep understanding of current and upcoming technologies (AI, Automation, SaaS) and their potential business applications.
