Responsibilities
- Define and oversee the comprehensive 2026 Technology & AI Roadmap, aligning technical milestones with business goals.
- Lead the research and development strategy for emerging technologies, specifically focusing on Generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Identify and evaluate disruptive technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Cultivate partnerships with key tech vendors and research institutions to drive innovation.
- Present complex technical strategies to the C-suite and executive board with clarity and impact.
- Build and mentor high-performance teams of engineers, data scientists, and strategists.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a strategic or executive role.
- Proven track record of defining and executing long-term technology roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and cloud infrastructure.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
- Experience in the financial or enterprise software sector is highly desirable.
