Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the long-term technical roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Robotics, and Spatial Computing that will define the next decade.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of high-performance, resilient architecture capable of handling next-gen data loads and AI model training.
- Innovation Leadership: Cultivate a culture of experimentation and rapid prototyping, establishing R&D labs to test bleeding-edge technologies before enterprise deployment.
- Strategic Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and board members.
- Talent Development: Recruit and mentor world-class engineering talent, fostering a high-performance environment focused on excellence and forward-thinking.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or directorial role within the AI/ML space.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Distributed Systems, and Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and proactively adapt organizational technology stacks to stay ahead of the curve.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and drive consensus across cross-functional teams.
