Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Define and lead the comprehensive technology roadmap for the year 2026, aligning long-term tech trends with business goals.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify emerging technological paradigms (e.g., AGI, Neural Interfaces) and translate them into actionable product and service roadmaps.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives, product managers, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive implementation of futuristic strategies.
- Risk & Compliance Management: Establish ethical frameworks and governance structures for emerging technologies to ensure responsible innovation.
- Talent & Culture: Build and mentor a high-performing team of futurists and strategists, fostering a culture of innovation and adaptability.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor the global technology landscape to anticipate disruptions and competitive advantages for 2026.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in high-tech strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership role defining future-state technology.
- Deep Tech Knowledge: Profound understanding of the projected technological landscape of 2026, including AI, Blockchain, and Spatial Computing.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and drive buy-in.
- Adaptability: Demonstrated experience navigating ambiguity and pivoting strategies in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- P&L Responsibility: Experience managing budgets and demonstrating a clear ROI on technology investments.
