Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term technical vision, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
- Lead AI & Machine Learning Integration: Spearhead the adoption and deployment of advanced AI models to automate and enhance core business processes.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Manage and mentor a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to foster a culture of excellence.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by identifying emerging technologies (Quantum Computing, Edge AI) and evaluating their potential applications.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for major initiatives.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI/ML frameworks, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and microservices architecture.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation projects.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
