Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and empathy
- Process transactions and maintain accurate client records using our CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve service quality
- Contribute to community outreach initiatives and local event coordination
- Assist with onboarding new clients and explaining service offerings
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Strong communication skills with ability to engage diverse populations
