Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve customer issues efficiently using our CRM system and internal resources
- Document interactions accurately in our customer database for quality assurance
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience processes
- Meet daily performance metrics including response times and resolution rates
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Strong communication skills with clear verbal and written abilities
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new software systems
- Positive attitude and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Reliable transportation to our Mesa office location
- Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm MST
