Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, efficient assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person
- Process transactions and maintain accurate records using our POS system
- Resolve customer inquiries with patience and professionalism
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations
- Uphold company standards for cleanliness and store presentation
- Actively participate in ongoing product knowledge training
- Support inventory management and stock organization tasks
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all new hires!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to our downtown Indianapolis location

- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed
