Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS systems.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive store environment.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked.
- Upsell products and services to meet daily sales targets.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to the downtown Los Angeles location.
