Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and account management.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with repeat clients to ensure retention.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Handle customer complaints or issues with empathy and resolve them to satisfaction.
- Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and stocked with inventory.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is a plus but not required.
