Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to identify opportunities for upselling.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficient with computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
