- Handle 50+ daily customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels
- Resolve billing, account, and service issues with 95% first-contact resolution
- Process transactions and maintain accurate documentation in CRM systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service workflows
- Contribute to quarterly customer satisfaction goals exceeding 92%
- Train new hires on company protocols and best practices
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- 2+ years customer service or call center experience
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification required
- Exceptional conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Available for flexible shifts including weekends
