Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in our internal database systems.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to meet team sales targets.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed (40+ WPM).
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
