Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using our internal software.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Update customer records with accurate information in the database.
- Assist in the onboarding of new team members when needed.
Qualifications
