Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and live chat to resolve inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Provide accurate, timely information regarding our products and services.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service standards and processes.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to management when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and soft skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required for this entry-level position.
