Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and diplomacy.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products and services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Reliable computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
