Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records and account information in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve service delays and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the training and mentorship of new team members as they onboard.

Qualifications
