Responsibilities
- Process incoming customer orders and inquiries efficiently during weekend hours.
- Assist with inventory organization, stock replenishment, and stockroom maintenance.
- Ensure the sales floor and workspace are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily performance targets and quotas.
- Operate standard office and warehouse equipment (e.g., barcode scanners, computers).
- Resolve customer issues with patience and professionalism.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with email or internal communication tools.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
