Job Overview
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive top-tier service and support. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently while maintaining a positive company image.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with a friendly, professional tone.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and account questions.
- Enter and update customer information accurately into our CRM database.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the supervisor when necessary.

Qualifications
