Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and efficient manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and empathy, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Accurately enter and update customer information into our CRM database and internal systems.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new clients and answer general product/service questions.
- Collaborate with team members and management to meet daily and weekly performance targets.

Qualifications
