Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints by identifying problems, recommending solutions, and processing refunds or exchanges when necessary.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.
- Document all customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the sales and technical support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
