- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and support team goals.
- Learn and adhere to company policies, procedures, and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with navigating web browsers.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (if remote/hybrid).
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
