Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Accurately log and update customer interactions and account details into our CRM database.
- Assist customers in navigating products and services to find the best solutions for their needs.
- Collaborate with the support team to identify trends and improve service protocols.
- Handle inbound sales opportunities and up-sell products where appropriate.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to type at least 35 WPM.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills quickly.
